The proposal is 12 floors building designed to house several occupants, a bank, shops, a pent floor for restaurant and bar and vehicular parking in the basement and surrounding area. It is envisaged that the proposal should respond to the modern and international standards for high-rise buildings in a central commercial precinct. The site is No 63 Campbell street in the Central Business District on Lagos Island, and has an area of 3,300.0 sq meters. The site is in a prime location with two accesses from Campbell and Catholic mission streets.
